Welcome to The Rowdy Roost, your source for responsibly raised farm meats and goods. Founded while under lockdown as an urban backyard experiment with a few chickens, we've since moved far into the idyllic countryside of Guadalupe County onto 20 beautiful acres. We proudly produce pastured pork, chicken, turkey, duck and goose, along with seasonal produce and baked goods.
